FROM SOUL TO SOLE

Come and sit down in this chair,
immerse your soles into the warm
footbath I have placed at your feet.
Allow the Christ consciousness to
embrace your BE-ness, your divine soul,
as the soles of your feet are washed clean.

Let the warm water and healing oils
relax the rhythm of your breath as
it sooth emotional and physical pain.
Let my hand's gentle energy

pull pain down and out of your body,
out the soles of your feet.
Release tears of anguish
flowing from your eyes, for
this is a Cosmic Christ cleansing.

This shall be a sacred act to remove impurity
from your physical temple, a cleansing effort
reaching all the way down to the DNA level.
Allow doubts, fears and darkness to wash out.
Allow the shadow of thyself to be enlightened.

We will run violet-green Light energies
down your body and out the soles of your feet.
This purifying, healing heart-energy of God
touches every part of your physical temple
and implants itself in your soul.
It will return all parts of you to
a ‘feeling’ of harmonious balance,
loving comfort, and total blissful freedom.

Acknowledge the passing of dark shadows,
heaviness of pain held in the physical body.
Let your tears water the spouting, new growth
already planted in the dry soil of your soul,
for it contains an impending bounty of plenty.
This bounty, the grand Thanksgiving Harvest is
enclosed in each planted love-seed shell.
The shells crack open,
birthed from a loving heart,
to take root in the soil of your soul.

It is time to acknowledge these seeds of love,
peace, creativity and joy planted within you.
These seeds, stimulated by godly heart love,
unlock the ‘growth energies’ of enlightenment.
All the world’s loving and lovable family members
will soon blossom into colorful ‘Circles of Unity.’
Creator’s rich promise of healing miracles are
flourishing on a grand transformational scale.
It’s time to accept this personal soul healing,
just as it’s time Light BE-ings on this planet
openly support the
birthing process of a New World.

We enter the gateway,
shaped like a cornucopia
and travel through time
and space in an instant.
Acquainting ourselves with
trillions of creative wonders,
we travel to distant stars
and planets in the time
it would take to bend over
and tie our shoes.

Upon our arrival, we step down
to discover ancient lands.
Many colors, shapes, sounds
and smells open up our senses.
Unique, phenomenal Light Beings
greet us with unconditional love.
There is much for our hearts to
discover, embrace and absorb.
All we need to do is face the Light
and seek the joy and magic of life.

As we move upward in
an aura of thanksgiving,
a song of gratitude serenades
our body, mind and spirit.
Immersed within this
wondrous Light of Love,
we laugh and dance
with the Masters of ages,
sing with the Angels and
Archangels of heaven
and soar through universes
with members of our Star Family.

Our ability to travel through
the cornucopia gateway
holds such promise for a future
of immense delight and awe.

BLOWING IN THE WIND

“Energies of great change come forth
blowing in the wind.
These days of astounding joys
bring new freedom to just ‘BE.'
These are the days of
Love's disclosure, openness,
awakening, and enlightenment.

Our world divides its focus
between separated ego
and heart centeredness.

Third dimensional thinkers,
feeling separated from Source,
may draw forth intense chaos.

Those focused in their heart center
can bring forth a coming together
of brothers and sisters of like mind,
creating families of Light.
Is it not time to be in community,
in togetherness?

Heart-focused share their Light
within the core of a circle
where no one acts as leader.
The unit functions as ONE,
with all acting from heart-guidance.
Each unique individual shares
their gifts from an inner-voice moment.
As the inner-voice encourages
another to step into the 'Light of Sharing,'
everyone will listen attentively
to Holy Spirit’s lead.
It will be like throwing a ball of Light
back and forth between members,
leaving stardust trails of Light Language
and uniting all into ONE-ness,
a Spirit family circle of Love and Joy.

The winds carry this new energy
inland to the nucleus of all countries,
to the heart-core of each participant.
Choosing to live en-joy during
these changing, blowing winds,
the Golden Age Navigators,
Great Central Sun Messengers,
and Torch Light Bearers
shall experience the
safety of sweet family life.
So, open your hearts to transformation,
as blowing winds bring forth rebirth!”

Uniting Circles

UNITING CIRCLES

Circles come together,
spiraling into each other...
a heavenly descent unites and
cocoons an ascending Earth.

No longer separate Holy cells,
but return to wholeness... Oneness...
without boundaries or boarders,
a unified All-ness.

As circles infuse one another,
many I’s embrace IS-ness.
Many I’s return to creation’s nest,
the IS-ness of ONE.

Although nothing truly separates
from the Divine CREATOR,
there are cosmic sites where
Children of Light act on small stages,
on the other side of creation,
behind a stage curtain
called the ‘veil of forgetfulness.’

In an opportune NOW moment,
constantly exposed to eons
of rich awareness lessons,
they desire to wake-up and
walk off their pretense stage.
Divinely encouraged to sit
a moment in their theater,
they witness-recall their acting roles,
the ‘Grand Stage of Illusion.’

As enlightenment unfolds inner wisdom,
they choose to move from theater confines
into Cosmic Illumination.
Here, experiencing ALL THAT IS
as ONE-ness swirls round about,
they rise in spiraling circles
of Wholeness,
moving from make-believe to
Love-Light's rebirth creation cradle.

ARCHANGELS

We, the Archangels,
come to minister to you this day.
Our path is that of an arch
stretching from Heaven to Earth.
It is also known as Loves
‘Rainbow Bridge of Light.’
We transverse this arch,
back and forth,
making the way radiantly clear for
humanity to envision and consider.
We take up our positions
as watch towers
in the four directions,
encouraging you across the arch.
Come!
Partake of loving wisdom
on heavenly dimensions.

You cross the Rainbow Bridge
at birth to the 3rd dimension.
At death, you retrace your steps,
and return to the Land of Light.
Returning is also done during
the dream and meditation state.
Many find it heartening to embrace
CREATOR’s ‘touch stone,
discovering SOURCE connection
deep within is never totally severed.

Angels, a part of I AM,
reside in the gel of your cells.
We are ONE with you,
and within you.
We are constantly here
to remind you who you truly are.

The Light elements of creation,
ingredients in earth’s clay-like-gel,
are sprinkle-sparks
of CREATOR energy.
Bond by DIVINE SOURCE,
molded into godly forms,
Holy Spirit breathes...
the breath of eternal life...
birthing forms on 3rd dimension.
The essence of I AM THAT I AM,
sprinkled throughout the gel,
ensures CREATOR’s reign within
the core of every living cell.
I AM and gel… IS...
CREATOR’s physical an gel…
I AM ANGEL! As are YOU!

Angels and Archangels are
created with the same
components as the human race,
but our ‘gel’ does not come
from the material plane.

We do not forget who we are
because a 3rd dimensional veil
never conceals truth from our eyes.
It is therefore our great joy
to cross the arch,
ministering to you as you grow
into your aware ‘I AM-ness’.

Once you remember,
reclaim the awareness
of your ‘I AM’ status,
you may ascend immediately
OR
remain as ‘earth angel’ guides,
baptizing other Light Seekers
with peace, faith and hope.
As guardians and guides,
you may ascend with Mother Earth
and all aware inhabitance at the time
of the Grand Cosmic Ascension…
an ascension very close at hand.

What wonderful students you have
been through the eons of time.
What wonderful teachers
you shall be in the future.
The cosmos awaits your awakening
and honors your process.
What a gift you are to CREATOR,
the Holy of Holies.
Great Central Sunlight
shines forth from your eyes,
mirroring CREATOR’s Glory,
and the magnificence of creation.
Behold the star-glistening archway
of the universe and...

Oh breath of LOVE flowing
through my wind swept curls,
I hoist my sails into your air current.
Within life’s sacred breezes,
I sail my spirit path in constant rhythm.
My heart beat laps upon the bow of my soul,
opening to a wisdom message from
Mother/Father GOD, All That Is.

“We address you in our inclusiveness,
for we are wholly ONE.
Our bond melts all illusive divisions,
all third dimensional dualities
into the Holy Circle of Unity.
We sing a divine song of IS-ness
as we rock you
in Omni-verses of Expansion.

Your spirit has no boundaries.
Your ocean path is open wide.
Creative bliss propels you outward,
as it guides you with star light.
All reside on the endless sea of life
were water mirrors
the whole of creation
in single ray drops of sunlight.

The mystery of it all never stops giving birth;
the magic of it all never stops enlightening.
You shall sway back and forth
eternally on the ship of Love,
for the Breath of Light
never ceases to flow.

Rudderless Freedom

RUDDERLESS FREEDOM

My friend said she felt rudderless.
So I took it into my meditation.

“Sailing a ship with no rudder on a
sparkling sea of shimmering light,
with no destination and
time a non issue,
all vital provisions and
comforts are supplied.
Accompanied by delightful companions,
or lingering in peaceful solitude,
we ask God what are we to do?
Befuddled boredom or
anxious anticipation,
we want things to happen NOW!?
What to do?
We are waiting for what?

Freedom to BE...
to allow...
to be open to change?!

We feel rumblings deep inside
awaiting permission to erupt,
to come to a head, pushing their way out
in an array of fireworks and sparkles...
anything for a little excitement...
for sure, a lingering feeling of
waiting for the show to begin.
Until magic happens,
manifests into wondrous form,
we wait in rudderless freedom.

So God where’s the spectacular meteor show,
the photon belt of light that is to arrive?
When does the dance of joy and
harmonic accession begin?”

“Be still and know that I am God,
the God/dess of multi-verses, of your Being
and of all things seen and unseen.

Dear one, I have created universes
within universe within universes
of magnificent wonder.
Wake up in the morning to embrace a sunrise.
Lie outside at night viewing heavenly stars,
for meteor showers
are taking place as we speak.
Observe the mineral, plant, animal
and human kingdoms and ask,
“How might I enjoy them more?”
Feel the wind caress your skin,
sprays of lake water wash your face
and moonlight fall on your crown.
Seek out brothers and sisters of harmonic
vibrations in ever rising frequencies.
Converse with elemental, animal and
celestial kingdoms if you need
a big splash of color on your canvas.

But also KNOW... be aware...
Mother Earth IS in process
of birthing anew.
The last finishing touches
are being given sacred attention.
Enjoy freedom from conflict, pain
and negativity when you possibly can,
if you chose not to participate
in them during transition.
Ride waves rudderless on the high seas
as Mother Earth rocks,
singing to her children in her womb.
You deserve this gestation rest,
this quiet before the storm;
much takes place during your slumber.

Go deeper into the quiet
and breathe in peace.
Breathe in Divine Light and Love.
Know the waters you bob upon
offer up new universes of life and color.
Sit on the edge; dangle your feet in cold water,
watching bubbles rise to the surface of the sea.
NOW, you have the freedom to dive in
and discover once again another world...
the exciting NEW WORLD."
